The site has a distinct slope with a height difference of over 16 meters. A mixture of pines, field maples, elderberries, spireas and hornbeams was chosen for the sophisticated landscaping to ensure continuity in the ecological significance of this site, as well as stability on the steep slopes. The easy usable outdoor areas of the five parcel are located in the center between the three buildings. With various terrain adjustments, areas for seating and outdoor swimming pools with plenty of privacy can be created, which are surrounded by classic lawn and flowerbeds. The gardens are surrounded by extended flower meadows, which in the future will develop into a woodland-like vegetation particulary in the shady and steep areas.
