The roofs are equipped with photovoltaic systems and produce the electricity required by the building authorities for self-consumption. Each house produces its own electricity. The roof areas are larger than the mandatory electricity production requirements. You have two options: You can increase your own electricity production with additional photovoltaic panels, or you can develop the remaining area as a special highlight into a small roof garden for urban gardening or create a chill lounge to admire the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a cool drink after work.

Our vision of an energy-independent home pushes us and our team of specialists to look for sustainable solutions. A heating system with geothermal probes in combination with electricity produced on your own roof, as well as the excellent insulation of the building and triple glazing, leads to a very good energy certificate. The CO2-neutral energy source leads to less environmental pollution. In summer the optional Free Cooling with the heat pump cools the rooms by 1.5 to 2.0 °C. At the buyer's request, we will develop an option with the specialists to reuse the rainwater for watering the garden.
